In a very disposable society, I love it when I can repurpose something and make it even better than it was! My oldest niece has been wanting a fun chandelier for her very teen bedroom and after a year long search for just the right thing, at just the right price I was able to suprise her for her sweet 16 last month!
This old chandelier was origional to a 1960's Magnolia home.

After removing all the parts and washing up the old fixture, we hung it to paint!

After a little help replacing the electrical and adding a chord cover, this very traditional fixture adds a contemporary light to the space!
What have you repurposed into new life for your home or office? I want to hear your story!
